Join us for the 4th Annual AYS Retreat August 11th, 2009

WHEN:
Tuesday, August 11th, 2009 from 4 - 7:30 PM
Food starts at 6 pm

Alpenglow Ski Area Lodge
WHAT:

Rehearsal, meet AYS members, share Australia pictures, and
BBQ - Families welcome!
BRING:
Instruments, music stands, and food to share

Violins  -  bring chips or salads
Violas, cellos, and basses  -  bring desserts
Winds, percussion   -  bring drinks

AYS will provide Hamburgers, hotdogs, vegie burgers, buns and condiments

Parent help needed to flip burgers, prepare food, and clean-up.

Directions:  Go towards Eagle River on Glenn Highway take Arctic Valley exit and continue up Arctic Valley road 7 miles to the Alpenglow lodge- park near the lodge- event parking is free.  Carpooling is recommended!
